How we use this data
Every item page on MenuCalories is server-rendered with the dish's calorie count, full macro breakdown, sodium load, allergen flags, an estimate of how the dish fits a 2,000-calorie reference day, and a comparison to similar items at competing chains. Numbers come from each restaurant's published nutrition disclosure and are cross-referenced against USDA FoodData Central reference values for the underlying ingredients.
